Nico Waegerle

Nico Waegerle is the founder of the LegalTech/RegTech start-up Certivity. The goal was to build a software company for the digitalization of regulatory work. Within a year, Certivity has built up a team of 14 employees and generated €1.4 million in funding from 2 major venture capital companies. Certivity has various customers from the international automotive industry.

Previously, Nico Waegerle worked in several departments at Daimler AG before joining AID GmbH in 2019. Here he was responsible for providing legal advice on the merger between AID GmbH and Argo AI on the AID side.
