Michael Wolff, Born in Hanau in 1960, he holds a degree in industrial engineering. Following his positions as product manager and marketing manager at Helsa Werke GmbH & Co. KG, as Manager for Corporate Development at Glunz AG and as Business Unit Manager at Villeroy & Boch AG, he was appointed CEO and Managing Director of Freetime-Group Germany GmbH in 1994. Between 1999 and 2004, he was Head of Business Management Lenses at the Rodenstock Group. From 2004 to 2012, Michael Wolff was CEO of Pfleiderer Holzwerkstoff GmbH, responsible for Western Europe, and since 2013, as CEO of Pfleiderer GmbH Neumarkt, he has been responsible for the strategic and operational management of the entire group of companies with 3,400 employees at eight production sites.
