Mrs. Maren Hauptmann studied business administration at the University of Bayreuth with a focus on taxation/auditing and organizational and management theory. She began her career in 1999 in strategy consulting at Roland Berger, where she spent 15 years advising German and international clients on the topics of organization, leadership, talent management and strategic change. In 2014, she moved to Deloitte Consulting. In summer 2015, she took over the management of the "Organization Transformation & Talent" service line. In addition to her personal focus areas, in this role she is also responsible for Learning Strategies and Solutions, Technology Adoption and Sales Force Effectiveness. Maren Hauptmann currently advises various Dax30 companies on digital transformation.
