Magdalena Oehl

Magdalena Oehl is co-founder and managing director of Talent Rocket, one of the leading HR tech companies in Germany. She is also Deputy Chairwoman of the Startup Association and Co-Chairwoman of the "Young Digital Economy" Advisory Board, which advises the Federal Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Protection, Dr. Robert Habeck, on current issues relating to the digital transformation.

Your company creates digital, intelligent and scalable career platforms for specialist sectors that are particularly affected by the shortage of skilled workers. The technology developed in-house forms the foundation for revolutionizing recruiting and employer branding in these specialist sectors. Before founding Talent Rocket, she studied law and communication sciences at the same time and initially worked in a leading law firm for media law.

The lawyer was honored as European Woman of Legal Tech in the field of entrepreneurship in 2020. As Deputy Chairwoman of the Startup Association, she supports startups as the driving economic force of our future by representing their interests in politics, business and the public sphere. Since August 2022, she has also been appointed to the "Young Digital Economy" advisory board and in this role also acts as an important voice with solutions for the shortage of skilled workers. She was elected Chairwoman of the Advisory Board in September 2023. She was also named one of Germany's "Top 40 under 40" by Capital.
