With over 10 years of professional experience in the field of Data & AI Julian Derber at E.ON Digital Technology in the area of Data & AI - Corporate Functions. At the head of a 50-strong team of experts in the fields of Analytics Engineering, Celonis Process Mining, Data Engineering and Data Science, he drives value-adding projects for the Finance, Supply Chain, HR and Communications divisions. In addition to implementing classic analytics solutions, his team focuses on innovative GenAI applications and intelligent process automation.

As Senior Director and Head of Data at IMMO, Julian previously built the entire data function from the ground up. He developed the data strategy, established a powerful data platform and formed a globally distributed team with measurable business success.

His diverse career includes significant leadership positions in data at Bauer Media Group and Schwarz Group, where he successfully designed and implemented machine learning projects with proven ROI.
