Heiner Hoppmann

Heiner Hoppmann, CEO of Aenova Holding GmbH in Pählspoke in his presentation "Aenova as an internationally successful healthcare service provider in a globalized environment" about the challenges and opportunities of globalization for companies in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry.

Heiner Hoppmann is CEO of Aenova Holding GmbH in Pähl. The company was formed in 2008 from the merger of SWISS CAPS AG and DRAGENOPHARM Apotheker Püschl GmbH. The group of companies is one of the world's largest contract manufacturers of solid dosage forms for the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry. Aenova utilizes the synergies of both companies and combines know-how and expertise to offer a full-service package. The core competence is the development and production of solid dosage forms, such as soft capsules, tablets, effervescent tablets, dragées and hard capsules. The group of companies offers a range of services from development and the purchase of raw materials to production, analysis, packaging and logistics.

Trained as a pharmacist, Heiner Hoppmann has worked for 26 years in international management in the research-based pharmaceuticals, veterinary medicines and generics industries in Germany, South America and Switzerland, specializing in the manufacture, development and distribution of pharmaceuticals and food supplements. Hoppmann has been CEO of the Aenova Group since November 1, 2008.

In his contribution to the 18th Munich Management Colloquium, Mr. Heiner Hoppmann will discuss how healthcare companies can benefit from global growth markets in the long term and sustainably. He will present concepts and experiences on the strategies he would like to use to position his group of companies to be globally competitive in the future.
