Hans-Georg Härter

Mr. Hans-Georg Härter joined ZF Passau GmbH in 1973 in the Value Analysis and Methods department after training as a machine fitter, graduating as a state-certified technician specializing in mechanical engineering production, studying technical business administration and working for various companies. After holding various management positions, Mr. Hans-Georg Härter has been a deputy member of the Board of Management since 1990. Since 1991 he has been a member of the Board of Management of ZF Passau GmbH. He has been Chairman of the Board of Management of ZF Sachs AG since 1994 and is also a member of the Board of Management of ZF Friedrichshafen AG.
