Friedrich Wilhelm Patt, CEO of HANNOVER LEASING in Pullach, spoke at the 17th Munich Management Colloquium on the topic of "Risk management systems for closed-end funds - from early risk detection to restructuring".

Friedrich Willhelm Patt initially completed his studies in economics in 1979. This was followed by his appointment as a tax consultant in 1983 and his admission as an auditor in 1985. Mr. Friedrich Wilhelm Patt began his professional career in 1979 at Partner Treuarbeit AG (now PricewaterhouseCoopers AG). This was followed in 1992 by a position as audit director at the Sparkassen- und Giroverband Hessen-Thüringen. In 1997, Mr. Patt joined HANNOVER LEASING GmbH & Co. KG. He was Managing Director until 2002. This was followed in 2003 by the position of Managing Partner. Since 2007, Mr. Patt has been Spokesman of the Management Board of HANNOVER LEASING GmbH & Co. KG.

In his contribution to the 17th Munich Management Colloquium, Mr. Patt will highlight the impact of the financial and economic crisis on HANNOVER LEASING and its business partners. As a subsidiary of Landesbank Hessen-Thüringen Girozentrale, HANNOVER LEASING is one of the major initiators of closed-end funds and one of the leading leasing companies in Germany. More than 48,200 investors have invested around 8.3 billion euros of equity in the group's closed-end funds. The acquisition value of the assets under management amounts to over 15.5 billion euros. In addition to real estate in Germany and abroad, our top performers include aircraft, rail vehicles, ships, renewable energies, infrastructure facilities and private equity portfolios.
