Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer

Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer studied chemical engineering at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität Erlangen-Nürnberg, specializing in process engineering, and completed his doctorate at EBS on the subject of "Total Cost of Ownership".

After completing his Master of Business Administration at INSEAD in Fontainebleau and working for Siemens AG and Parsytec, Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer began his career in 2002 as Assistant to the Chairman of the Board of Management of the Schaeffler Group. He worked for the global automotive and industrial supplier for more than 13 years in various management positions, including as a member of the Industrial Management Board.

In 2016, Geißdörfer moved to ZF Friedrichshafen AG in Passau and took over global responsibility for the technology group's industrial division as Head of the Industrial Technology Division.

In 2021, he was Managing Director and since then a member of the Advisory Board at ONE LOGIC, a leading company for data science and artificial intelligence.

Since November 2021, Dr. Klaus Geißdörfer has been Chairman of the Board of Directors of the ebm-papst Group (CEO), the technology leader in fans and motors based in Mulfingen.
