Dr.-Ing. Felix Fremerey

Dr.-Ing. Felix Fremerey, Member of the Management Board, Medical Sector of Semperit AG Holding, spoke on the topic "Semperit's holistic transformation: leveraging 200 years of experience".

Dr.-Ing. Felix Fremerey was appointed to the Management Board of Semperit AG Holding with effect from September 2018. In this function, he heads the Medical Sector.

Felix Fremerey studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Karlsruhe and completed his doctorate in mechanical engineering at the Technical University of Stuttgart in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Institute IAO.

As a mechanical and industrial engineer, German-born Felix Fremerey is a proven industry and technology expert and has held management positions at several major international companies in the course of his career. He was a member of the Board of Management of the technology division at the machinery and plant construction group GEA AG, a member of the Board of Management for Product Supply Management at the medical and hygiene products company Paul Hartmann AG, a member of the Advisory Board of the logistics service provider Logistics Group International (LGI) and Managing Director of the Kajo Neukirchen Group. Most recently, Felix Fremerey held the newly created position of Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at B&C Industrieholding.

He has also been a member of the Supervisory Board of Lenzing AG since September 2017. His mandate as a member of the Supervisory Board of Semperit has been suspended since his appointment to the Management Board of Semperit AG Holding.

Felix Fremerey was born in Mittenwald, Germany, in 1961. He is married and has two grown-up children.
