Dr. Hendrik Brandis is a co-founder and partner at Earlybird in Munich. With over 25 years of experience in investment, operations and entrepreneurship, he focuses on deep tech and enterprise productivity for start-ups, particularly in the areas of enterprise software and hardware products, and currently sits on the boards of several Earlybird portfolio companies, including Aiven, B2X Care Solutions, Instamotion, Isar Aerospace, MyDataModels, Onefootball and Simscale. Prior to joining Earlybird, Hendrik Brandis was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he led the small and medium-sized enterprises initiative.
He holds a degree in engineering and a doctorate in aerospace engineering.
