Dr. Heinrich Dreyer

Dr. Dreyer serves as Group President Medical Solutions at the Board level for Novanta, Inc [Nasdaq: NOVT]. He joined the company in April 2018 and initially held the position of Group President of the Minimally Invasive Surgery Business Unit. Prior to that, he worked for Danaher Corporation [NYSE: DHR] for six years, first as Vice President Applied Microscopy and later as Vice President Medical. From 1999 to 2012, Dr. Dreyer held various positions at Stryker Corporation [NYSE: SYK] in operations, research and development, and business management. He received his doctorate from the Technical University of Munich under Professor Wildemann and previously studied industrial engineering at the Technical University of Berlin and the École Supérieure de Paris. Dr. Dreyer's professional career is characterized by the integration of medium-sized companies into listed American companies with a high performance culture and the creation of profitable growth in high-tech and medical technology through customer orientation, innovation, employee commitment and high implementation speed.
