Dr. Friedrich E. Blutner is Managing Director of Synotec Psychoinformatik GmbH in Geyer. The company was founded in 1994. It is one of the leading European institutions for product sound design. Its core competence is the creation of sound reports, data structure analyses and the systemic development of the fields of sound engineering, sound quality and psychoacoustics. The company offers a wide range of services in the fields of automotive, household appliances, packaging, food acoustics, mechanical engineering and musical instrument manufacturing.

Dr. Friedrich E. Blutner, who holds a doctorate and habilitation in electronics engineering, has been active in the research and management of acoustics in Germany for almost 30 years, with a focus on sound engineering, sound quality and psychoacoustics. Since 1992, Dr. Blutner has successfully founded and managed various companies in the acoustics sector.

In his contribution to the 18th Munich Management Colloquium, Dr. Friedrich E. Blutner will discuss how innovative companies can profit sustainably and in the long term in global growth markets. He will present concepts and experiences on the strategies he would like to use to position his companies competitively in the future.
