biography
Dr. Céline Bilolo took over the newly created position of Chief Sustainability Officer at TÜV SÜD AG on January 1, 2024. She will steer the sustainability management of the globally active services group and optimize the operational services offered by TÜV SÜD worldwide with regard to sustainability.
Dr. Bilolo will be based at the Group's headquarters in Munich and will soon set up her own team. Having worked as a management consultant, in industry and as an investment manager, Dr. Bilolo has many years of experience in setting up sustainability organizations and managing various sustainability-related projects. She has supported companies of various sizes as well as public institutions in the context of regulatory projects and has also gained experience abroad. Most recently, Dr. Bilolo made investments in social enterprises in sub-Saharan Africa for the impact investment fund of a global pharmaceutical company.
Dr. Bilolo studied business administration with a focus on finance at the University of Augsburg and the University of Dayton (USA). She completed her doctorate with distinction on the topic of "Legitimacy, Public Value & Capital Allocation" at the University of St. Gallen and at the Saïd Business School of the University of Oxford.
