Daniel Bischofberger

Daniel Bischofberger has been CEO of Accelleron since the spin-off on October 3, 2022, having already headed the predecessor organization ABB Turbocharging as Division President since March 1, 2022. His leadership of Accelleron follows almost six years as a member of the Sulzer Executive Committee and Division President for Rotating Equipment Services. Prior to that, he held various management positions at ABB for more than 14 years, most recently as Head of High Voltage Products Central and Southern Europe. Bischofberger also held management positions at Alstom and Dätwyler. He holds a Master's degree in operations and production engineering and a Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich, as well as an MBA from INSEAD. In his free time, Daniel Bischofberger enjoys outdoor sports with his family (running, mountain biking, skiing and cross-country skiing) and spending time with his friends.
