Bettina Volkens After many years of experience as a top executive in the areas of HR and law, including as a member of the Lufthansa Group Executive Board, and in addition to her supervisory board mandates, she has dedicated herself to building up her start-up great2know. As CEO, she is responsible for the strategic direction, finances and partnerships, among other things. She knows what the consequences can be if employee knowledge is lost. That is why great2know is creating the digital corporate memory - to combat organizational forgetting.
