Mr. Andreas Harting, Managing Director at Deloitte Digital GmbH, spoke on the topic of "Digital stress test - what skills does my CDO need?".

Andreas Harting holds degrees in Business Administration and International Management from ESCP Europe and completed the Stanford Executive Program. He began his career in 1996 at the Boston Consulting Group before becoming Product Manager at Johnson&Johnson, where he was responsible for the roll-out of a European brand. He then spent several years building up and selling a media start-up that won the Bavarian Founder Award before moving to BBDO on the agency side, where he managed projects in the automotive, telecoms and high-tech sectors. As SVP Global Marketing, he then implemented the global rebranding of the Swiss technology group Oerlikon, among other things, and moved from there to the Executive Board of the listed Von Roll Holding AG in Zurich as Chief Marketing Officer. Before joining Deloitte, he worked for several years as an investor and entrepreneur in the digital sector. He specializes in global marketing & sales as well as business and digital transformation and change management.
