Exhibitor at MMK25
We look forward to welcoming you again as an exhibitor at the Munich Management Colloquium in 2025. For this year's edition, we would like to present our participants with an exciting and thrilling exhibitor format.
We will present all exhibitors in one place in our MMK Campus tent: With you as interesting exhibitors around the topics of inventiveness and entrepreneurship, with interactive formats and presentations, we offer you the opportunity to present yourself in the center of the action.
Get creative, offer interesting short presentations or VIP visits to your stand, ... - we will be happy to incorporate your ideas into the MMK25 program planning:
- Showcases and exhibition of innovative productse.g. robots, new tech products, ...
- Interactive test option of the products for the participants, if necessary with registration
- Presence of the CEO/CxO or HR responsible at the tent for Meet and Greet at a certain time
- Game or raffle
- Goodiessuch as vouchers or promotional products
- Get Together at the stand

Stand plan and equipment
All stands are centrally located in the MMK tent on the TU Munich campus. Electricity, lighting and catering are available.
Your own materials can be used in consultation with MMK. A basic stock of equipment (table, monitors, chairs, covers) can also be ordered from our supplier LB Group. Please contact us for information and a quote: aussteller@management-kolloguium.de
What we need from you
- Until January 31, 2025: Printable company logo
- Until February 14, 2025Selection of trade fair options for your exhibition stand
- Until February 28, 2025Registration of stand personnel for set-up and stand support (name, e-mail, cell phone)
Structure
- The stands will be set up on the day before the conference, i.e. Monday, March 10, 2025.
- Time: In order to coordinate the exhibitors well on site, we will provide time slots for set-up.
- Contact person on site: follows
- No transport trolleys, tools or similar can be provided by the organizer.
- The material ordered in advance will be available to you on your exhibitor stand.
Dismantling
- On Wednesday, March 12, 2025
- Time: After the end of the event, from 6 pm to 8 pm
- Unfortunately, later dismantling is not possible.
